A movie so lost, so forgotten that IMDB only has a tagline for it with no plot summery. Full disclosure here, I've spent so many years looking for this thing in all its glorious terribadness that I can't watch it. I've tried three times now and this shit just is not happening until I round up a couple cases of really cheap beer and some "friends".
Long story short, guy in a tricked out wheelchair kills motherfuckers, real good. Dude, ain't got no legs, man! NO LEGS! Tagline: "Don't Cross Him or He'll Cut You Down to Size!"
